Primark’s version of Luella’s floral mini dress, as seen on Kelly Osbourne and Kimberly Stewart

We loved it on Kelly Osbourne last month, and now we can love the style of Luella’s floral print mini dress all over again, courtesy of good old Primark- well, we can if we can actually find the thing in store, of course. Luella’s version is on the left, Primark’s is on the right, and as you can see, there’s more than a passing resemblance there, right down to the tulle underskirt. Primark, of course, are charging considerably less than Luella Bartley: their dress is just £12, and is apparently in stores now. Anyone seen it?
