The skirt is too short for her. If it was about 10cm longer and the black and white stripes were thinner, it’d be a winner.

Honestly, I love the outfit. It works for her, it’s interesting, overall, very good.
But a little lipstick would be a nice touch. When a pale woman wears a light color, well, you have to have a little color on your face.

I would like the outfit better with a solid black skirt rather than a striped one. Other than that, I think Kelly looks quite lovely in that picture. Maybe some red lipstick?
