This dress is almost too sweet to be wholesome, but we like it anyway. While most of the floral dresses we’ve been seeing come into stock for Spring/Summer have been using black or navy backgrounds, this one is a soft yellow, making it about as fresh and springlike as they come. It’s also not a tea dress, which makes a refreshing change, as much as we love us some tea dresses…

The vintage vibe of this dress makes us think of 50s housewives with red lipstick and rock hard hair styles, but we mean that in the nicest way possible. It’s £45 from Miss Selfridge.
