Fashion Police at the 2008 Oscars: Amy Adams
The bodice of this Proenza Schouler dress is obviously the stand out feature: it looks a little like some kind of strange armour, but we like it all the same. We also love the colour, which is perfect with Amy Adams’ pale skin and red hair, and the gold evening bag finishes things off nicely. Fashion Police badge of merit, please!
I love this look I do. And I loved it last year when Isla Fisher dressed exactly the same way at last year’s Oscars: emerald mermaid cut gown, bustier bodice, red loose waves. I would be swooning over this dress if she hadn’t so blatantly ripped off another actress’s outfit.
The colour’s perfect but it reminds me about some.. Slytherin’s (Harry Potter) supporter dress.
