I can't quite bring myself to brand Blake Lively a fashion criminal here, because I just can't believe that someone as young and pretty as Blake would have actively chosen to wear this horror of a dress. No, I think it's whichever stylist it was who decided to put her in this who should be pulled up on Fashion Charges, here. She's just too young and pretty to need a high, ruffle-neck and masses of fabric around her legs, and the boob-strip bodice is veering just a little too close to Keira Knightley territory for my liking.

i agree. she didn’t choose the dress. her makeup and hair is beautiful. i would’ve put her in a color or something much more body conscious. but it’s not a total disaster.
