Actually skorts are making a big come back. The newer version are like super shorts skirts but the have the element of surprise(its a short)
I actually have a few but they look nothing like the ones in the pic above. I am actually watching BET and Ciara has on a really cute pair. Found this page while looking for some more.

I am not sure why adults cannot wear these anymore. Skorts are just another article of clothing. I have seen it all over 40 years. One year in…next year out… then down the road in once again. I would rather see someone wearing a skort than the jeans and capris that are sold with tears already in them. Or wait – that comment… maybe I am in trouble by the fashion police. lol

this idea must have been born in a sick, twisted mind…. absolutely hideous… the point of a mini skirt is, i guess, to look sexy. i hardly think anyone would feel that shorts with an apron look sexy.

NO. IT IS A CRIME! CRIME CRIME CRIME! Except on little girls, who should not be flashing anything. Adults should know better than to put themselves in a compromising position where they would reveal anything; therefore, there is no need for skorts in the world.
Actually, adults shouldn’t even be wearing mini skirts. Minis are reserved for young women and teenagers! Why is there even a reason for these to exist then?!

There are skorts out there that look like skirts all the way around. I have several pairs and wear them a lot in the summer (I’ve never found a winterweight pair). They’re basically skirts with a pair of shorts underneath.
The ones with the shorts-looking back are awful and pull weirdly; I never wear those and don’t own any.

Yes, they are perfect for little girls. And I must say, for tennis matches. But i would never ever wear them on public…

You know, on adults they are creepy–but with two daughters I find them a blessing. So crime for adults but perfect for little girls who want to wear skirts all the time while still turning cartwheels and playing on the monkey bars.
