What were we just saying about the nautical trend taking over for summer? If Primark’s latest collection is anything to go by, it’s going to be a very stripey, sailory summer indeed. And there’s probably also going to be a fair bit of pushing, shoving and elbowing people in the face as we all fight over the stripey blazer and then end up paying way over the odds for it on eBay.
Of course, most of these clothes will never see the inside of my local Primark, but for the benefit of those of you who are luckier than I am, there are some more pictures after the jump…
I know we’ve spoken out before about skirts that make your hips look big, but the outfit on the left is almost too cute to be true…
Prices are in the usual "cheaper than chips" range, with tops from £4 and dresses from £8.
Now, if they’d only start selling online, we’d be a happy Fashion Police force indeed.

Oh my god… I love that sailor dress. Topshop did one and got it all wrong – a flappy, no-shape thing… but this one is gorgeous! I’m going to have to go to Newcastle to push and shove for this dress!
I love that sailor dress a whole heap… but my nearest Primark is a 50 minute train ride away, and it’s tiny as well, so I think this is the last I’ll see of it. Sadness.
Hmm, a few of those things are already in store, I’ve seen the seagull dress and I’ve got the high waisted skirt in navy. Loving the sailor dress!
just back from dublin – where primark is calle penny’s – and none of these things were there!
but i did get the most amazing platform sandals for 18 euro!
i love primark and i REALLY wish they would sell on line as i live in italy and the nearest primark is a plane ride away!
