We love the slightly vintage style and the huge amount of bling-bling jewelery she's wearing with this ruffled Luisa Beccaria dress. Well, if a girl can't bling it up on the red carpet, when can she?     I totally love this look. The color is really spring and I like that she leaves her neck bare.
