Now, I don’t know, maybe I’m unusual, but I’ve always found flip flops (or thongs, if you will) to be pretty comfortable. If I didn’t find them comfortable, though, you know what? I just wouldn’t wear them. What I definitely wouldn’t do would be go out and buy me some gold lame thong covers. Or even some silver ones, come to think of it. Because,you know, WHY?

Flip flops just aren’t meant to be worn with hosiery. Not socks, not tights – and no, not even "Special", flip-flop specific hosiery, like these. They’re meant to be worn with bare feet.
