She also looks like Cinderella, though – both before and after the Fairy Godmother intervened, so it’s not so much "rags to riches" as it’s "rags AND riches, all in one dress". Either that or someone dipped the bottom of the dress in a blender/shark infested waters before she put it on. Loving the Louboutins, though, although Lily better be careful if they’re on load – she let slip a few months ago that Mr L.doesn’t like lending his shoes to her because she almost always ruins them, aparently!
