I’m in two minds about this dress. On the one hand, I love me some bows and some polka dots, and this dress delivers on both counts – so far, so good. On the other hand, there’s something a little cartoon-ish about it, and no matter how hard I try, I can’t quite stop the image of Minnie Mouse coming into my head every time I look at it.
That said, it makes a nice change from all of the black prom-style dresses that are around right now, and it’ll cetainly get you noticed. Just try to resist the impulse to wear it with big yellow shoes, a la Minnie, and you’ll be good.
