		<description>This is actually a nod to Rudi Gernriech, the 1960s designer, and his model of choice, Peggy Moffit. Many of his shift designs were worn with 2-tone tights. It&#039;s absolutely a Mod/Go-Go thing. I love them, in fact, I&#039;m glad to know there are pre-made ones, as I&#039;ve been making my own for a while now. With a simple a-line shift and some tall boots, this looks really fantastic (it also helps to have a cute little Sassoon 5-point haircut and big lashes)
