More Freaky Lingerie: The Favio Freedom Bra

Freedombra

If you thought the C-String was bad, how’s about this, then? It’s the Favio Freedom Bra, and it was designed to allow women with larger breast to enjoy the, er, freedom of a strapless bra. Now, we’re all for things that prevent the "visible bra straps" fashion crime, but I’m still struggling to imagine how you’d actually wear this. (With a C-string, perhaps?)

The designer says she invented it after a couple of glasses of wine. It kinda shows…

That is utterly freaky looking and something I doubt you would want to wear if planning a romantic evening… but I am intrigued… as a woman who can never find a strapless bra to properly support, it does sound appealing!

  2. suz says:

    It looks a little painful..

  3. Alicia says:

I’m very confused and intrigued as to how, exactly, it’s meant to work?

  4. Cadi says:

Sorry, anything that makes a woman’s breast look MORE like a tube is not good news. I sure ain’t using it.

  5. Katiw says:

Yeah, no kidding…that image of her right boob is disturbing…who wants a 90* angle between the boob and chest? Just weird.

  6. Elegant says:

    Looks like high-tech breast bondage.

  7. Sunshine says:

That’s just awful- imagine how bad it would look under clothes, too, like little mushrooms in your shirt!

  8. Megan says:

I think that looks incredibly uncomfortable and awkward.

  9. MinaV says:

Had a look at Faveo website (www.faveo.co.uk), and there are images on there that are a lot less scary-looking. They have the bra on another girl, with dark hair, and she looks normal, and with clothes over the top, you don’t see anything. I am curious, and will investigate some more, maybe try one on…
