Cheap Ugg boots – we know you hate them, but everyone’s making them!

Cheapuggboots

They’re the boots that many of you love to hate, but sorry folks, it doesn’t look like Uggs are going anywhere in a hurry. In fact, this year we’re probably going to be seeing even more of the style than usual, given the number of cheap Ugg copies being churned out.

The originals, of course, are by Ugg Australia, and will set you back around $150. If you really can’t bear to part with that much money, though, here are some of the cheap Ugg-a-alikes you’ll be able to find on the high street…

Above : Chestnut suede boot, £40, Dorothy Perkins; suede casual boot, £29.99, River Island

Cheapuggs

£90, Faith

Uggcopies

£50 Topshop

Primarkuggs

Primark, £6 9 (via eBay for slightly more…)

Hartingsuggboots

Hartings New Zealand, £49.99

No picture, but Tesco are also selling cheap Ugg copies for £10. Happy shopping…

I actually love my UGG boots! …Yes, STILL, even after all these years. They’re extremely comfortable, and UGG Australia is always coming out with new styles and shoes. The ~$150 price tag is worth it, too – they can take a beating!
One of my favorite items in my closet. :)

I know it’s not really related, but Ugg Australia isn’t an Australian company and it really annoys me that they use that name and sell their boots for so much. Australians have been calling any sheepskin boots ‘Ugg boots’ for about the last 30 years until a few years ago when this US company, Ugg ‘Australia’, copyrighted the word ‘Ugg’ and now no other companies in Australia can sell them as ‘Ugg boots’. having said all that, I really hate ugg boots but whatever

I´d never wear them outside the house, but I wear them at home all the time. Especially in winter they´re keeping my feet warm :)

well, UGGS are quite cute. to me, as a Londoner it’s about making a statement really, showing ur classmates your mum/dad’s got enough dosh to spend £150 on a pair of giant sock shoes. I’ve found a website selling them for £69.99 .. and am hoping my mum finds the link in ‘favourites’ and gets them.. but honestly i’d rather have the real ones .. or none at all!

I think that if u cant afford real uggs, its ok there pretty expnsvie. So why not just go and get a pair of fuggs aka fake uggs. While wearing those fuggs u could be saving up 4 a real pair of uggs.Or like i did…Which…is I bourght 4 pairs of uggs amd affter a while I got tired of wearing fuggs around all these ohter people that had real uggs.I simply told my mom how I felt about fuggs, and asked nicely could I please have uggs.Guess what the awnser was YES.But Im sitll waiting 4 them I know Im defintlly sitll getting them cuz she said choose what color I wanted.Im so thrilled.
