On Trial: Christian Louboutin’s ‘Emily’ shoe boots

Christianlouboutinshoebo

I love Christian Louboutin. Absolutely love him. If I had to pick just one shoe designer whose shoes I’d have to wear for the rest of my life, I’d pick Louboutin – and I’d consider myself a very lucky girl, indeed. This is why it pains me so much to see Louboutin bring out these Emily shoe boots. You see, these shoes? Are clumpy. I hate clumpy shoes. And while I’ve heard lots of people raving about how wonderful they are, on this occassion at least, I’m just not feeling the Louboutin love. So, how about you? Are they a crime of fashion or not? You’re the jury, so cast your vote…

If they were all black I might like them, but not the black and white.

  2. Alicia says:

They look like demented gangster tap shoes. And that’s just very wrong.

  3. Erika says:

    Franken-tapshoes…
That is all I have to say..

  4. Rachael says:

These shoes are alright. The shape is nice enough, but the colours are just hideous.
    Why such bad colours? WHY?

I actually like black and white for shoes, sometimes, like cute little saddle shoes… but these are not cute or little. Blocky-pointy = bad.
