Now, it’s true to say that I love me some gold shoes (and metallics in general), but these are a bit much even for me, for these are not just gold shoes, folks – these are shoes made of gold. Solid gold. Ouch. I mean, sure, I’m all about suffering in the name of fashion (note: not really) but those babies have to hurt…

All I can find out about these shoes is that they were created by an un-named Italian designer  under invitation from The World Gold Council. And that they’re strictly one for the "more money than sense" category.
