Wanted! 'I'm Not a Smug Twat!" bag by Marissa Vandersee

We didn't do much (and for "much" read "anything") here at The Fashion Police on the Anya Hindmarch 'I'm Not a Plastic Bag' phenomenon, and the reason for that can be pretty much summed up by our reasons for not buying anything from Kate Moss at Topshop. Basically, carrying one of these babies (the Anya Hindmarch version) is more or less the same as walking around with "tragic fashion victim" stamped on your forehead, and while I know there will be many, many people out there who bought the 'I'm Not a Plastic Bag' because they genuinely loved it, or liked the 'green' sentiments behind it, unfortunately these bags now just scream out "I waited in line for hours for this just because I wanted to be like everyone else in the world and have the latest 'must have' thing!"

Whew, that turned into a bit of a rant, didn't it? My point: I love this "I'm Not a Smug Twat" bag by designer Marissa Vandersee. It's £15, wasn't mass produced, and everyone and their uncle isn't currently queuing up at Sainsbury's to buy it. Rock on.

(Of course, if you ARE a smug twat then you're out of luck with this one. Sorry.)
