Fashionable Gadgets: Everlab clocks

Don’t buy this “clock” if you want to be able to tell the time – it doesn’t actually do that. No, what this clock does is draw a perfect circle every hour. See the pencil attached to the end of it? Just place the clock against a sheet of paper (or your wall, if you’re feeling devil-may-care enough) and watch as the hand makes its stately progression around the clock face, drawing you a circle as it goes. Why would you need a device to do this for you? That’s for you to decide. You’ll also have to decide whether you need one in yellow, pink, blue or green. Good luck! Product Page | [via OhGizmo!]

Pink Binary Watch

Pink Binary Watch

Never having tried to tell the time using binary format, I’m not sure whether to feel relieved or patronised by the seller of this watch’s promise that it’ll be “absolutely no problem for the computer-savvy lady!” (Thanks, Redsave!). The makers of this watch, though, have clearly done their best to make us “ladies” feel right at home with the candy pink colouring and Swarovski crystal finish – how well they know us! You can just imagine the production meeting, can’t you? “Now, how’ll we get the silly girlies to buy this super-complex watch?” “I know! We’ll make it pink! And add sparkly bits! The girls always love pink sparkly things!” *Sigh* It’ll set you back £109.95 at Redsave.

Nokia’s New Fashion Phones – L’Amour Collection

Nokia's New Fashion Phones - L'Amour Collection

What do you do when you want to make sure your product appeals to the world’s more “stylish” consumers? Why, you make your product pink, of course: or you do if you’re Nokia, anyway. They say they created this L’Amour Collection of fashion handsets in response to increased demand from stylish people. Because stylish people love pink, apparently…

From right to left, we have the Nokia 7373, 7390 and 7360. The middle phone is the most feature laden of the trio, coming with a 3-megapixel auto-focus camera, WCDMA high-speed connectivity, video calling, and a music player with one-button access. It also comes in bronze, too, which is nice. The Nokia 7373, meanwhile, has a2-megapixel camera, music and video player and comes with a bunch of accessories, including a headset, pouch and phone jewelry. Finally, the 7360 has a stereo FM radio, integrated camera, MMS messaging, MP3 ring tones, and Nokia’s Xpress Audio Messaging.
